Returns and Exchange Policy
You may return or exchange full-priced items for up to 30 days past the date of purchase. If more than 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a full refund or exchange. To be eligible for a refund or exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging and include a copy of your receipt. Any item not in its original condition, or that is damaged or missing parts not as a result of our error, is not eligible for a refund. Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

Please include your name, address, telephone number, and email address. You should indicate whether you are requesting a refund or an exchange.
You are responsible for paying for your own shipping costs when returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. We are not responsible for any returned item(s) that are lost or stolen while in transit to us. We recommend that you send all returned items via a mail system with a delivery confirmation to ensure proper delivery. We also suggest that you consider purchasing shipping insurance. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email confirming our receipt of your item and whether it is eligible for a refund. If you are approved for a refund, we will process it, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, usually within 10 business days. If 10 business days have passed since you received an email from us confirming the refund would be processed, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item in a different size, send us an email at email@example.com and send your item to our address listed above. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item was not marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver.
